Each minute will be a highly-engaging, practical, and extremely productive interaction totally focused on accomplishing the agreed-upon objectives and deliverables. This option is available when a site visit is not required, or we are within 5 miles of your location, or we can work together over the phone or over a screen sharing session.

Before Engaging per Hour, here's what we need from you...

• Define, prioritize, and mutually agree on clear objectives and deliverables before arrival to maximize your return on investment (ROI).
• Clear your schedule and confirm that all required resources will be available during our visit, including subject matter experts (SMEs), facilities, financial, technologies, products, consultants, equipment, etc.
• If travel outside of DFW area is required, we must coordinate pre-approved travel expenses, ie: Airfare, Fuel, Meals, Overnight Stay, and any other incidentals deemed necessary.

Immediately upon completion of our contracted time, we will define clear Next Steps... which we will follow up with a 30 minute phone call within 48 hours to ensure said tasks are being followed through and to answer any questions. This pause also gives a a couple of nights for reflection, research, and problem solving so said 30 minute call usually turns out to be very productive, besides enlightening.
